Certified – Westlaw, Paralegal Research Program

Aimee M. (Wade) McCroskey completed her certification from Westlaw’s Paralegal Certification Program in December of 2020 to efficiently and effectively research opponent’s statements, claims, and backgrounds to identify potential weaknesses in preparation for argument; to quickly verify citations using KeyCite and other filters to obtain need-to-know law relevant to the case at hand; and to utilize Quick Check Judicial to review briefs, judges, and jurisdictional information.
