Having attended Middle Tennessee State University’s School of Nursing and obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare and Business Administration; paired with having over twenty-seven (27) years of experience in legal – turned law firm administrator; being a current Nationally Senior Certified Advanced Professional Paralegal (PP) with an emphasis as a medical paralegal specialist; certified in LexisNexis Legal Research (Professional Paralegal Mastery Certification Program); certified in WestLaw Legal Research (WestLaw Certification Program for Advanced Paralegals); certified in Legal AI (Clio Legal AI); is an arbitration & mediation professional; was executive assistant to two judges (one federal and one state); has five (5) years of direct in-trial involvement; four (4) years as Treasurer / Board Member / Co-Educational Director for the National Association of Legal Support Professionals (NALS – Nashville Chapter; a non-profit organization); as well as having five (5) years of CNA Preceptor roles in memory care, nursing homes, and assisting living facilities; Aimee possesses a well-rounded education and field of experience in regard to international, U.S., healthcare law, nursing services, courtroom procedure, healthcare organizations, and of firm and corporate policy.
While Aimee is specialized as a medical paralegal with an emphasis in healthcare administration, legal administration, and healthcare litigation, she also has an extensive history in appellate, domestic, civil litigation, and employment law. Her team of legal professionals are available for hire and can provide contracted/sub-contracted, remote, senior, certified, professional paralegal/administrator services to firms, single-practice attorneys, governmental agencies, general businesses, third-party services, and to the general public (*the ABA currently limits non-lawyer services to select states).
